Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy

At El-Noor Energies Ltd, we are firmly committed to conducting all our operations in a manner that protects the health and safety of our employees, contractors, clients, and the communities in which we operate, while also safeguarding the natural environment.

Our QHSE Commitment

El-Noor Energies Ltd recognizes that the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management are fundamental to our business success and the well-being of all stakeholders. We are committed to:

  • Achieving zero harm to people, assets, and the environment
  • Providing a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment for all personnel
  • Complying with all applicable national and international QHSE legislation and regulations
  • Continually improving our QHSE performance through systematic monitoring and review
  • Preventing pollution and minimizing our environmental footprint in all operations
  • Ensuring that QHSE responsibilities are clearly defined and understood at all levels

Health & Safety

The health and safety of our people is our highest priority. We implement rigorous hazard identification, risk assessment, and control procedures across all our operations. All personnel are empowered to stop any work they believe to be unsafe, without fear of reprisal. Regular safety briefings, drills, and training programs are conducted to maintain a high level of safety awareness and preparedness.

Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our operations. This includes responsible waste management, prevention of hydrocarbon spills and contamination, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions where possible, and compliance with Nigerian environmental regulations including those administered by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and NESREA.

Management Responsibility

Senior management takes full responsibility for the implementation and effectiveness of this QHSE Policy. Management will provide adequate resources, training, and leadership to ensure that QHSE goals are met and continually improved upon. All personnel are expected to actively contribute to achieving our QHSE objectives.

Incident Reporting and Learning

We maintain a transparent incident reporting culture where all near misses, accidents, and unsafe conditions are reported, investigated, and used as learning opportunities to improve our systems and prevent recurrence. Root cause analysis is conducted for all significant incidents and findings are shared across the organization.
